The S³TAIR Project invites nominations of practices in literacy, positive behavior intervention, and/or special education instruction for students with disabilities from all New York State public schools and districts serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Nominations may be made by:
Districts/schools should be able to document the effectiveness of the nominated practice for students with disabilities. Practices should have been sustained over a few years to demonstrate the commitment of the district/school to practice continuity.
